Component K1 (cleaning foam) is a specially designed high-performance composition that dissolves and removes operational contaminants throughout the engine's combustion chamber. The product removes carbon residues in the combustion chamber, especially on the valves, the piston housing, the top of the piston and the first piston ring. It also cleans the inlet and outlet valves (if they are open).
Contamination in the EGR valve, turbocharger and air intake system (intake manifold and intake valves) is reliably eliminated. Carbon X does not damage the seals and is compatible with all types of engines.
Component K2 (neutralizer) causes a chemical reaction that dilutes the previously added cleaning foam (K1) and binds the dissolved contaminant. Using a carbon X extractor (part no. 34142), the resulting emulsion and dissolved precipitate can be safely removed from the combustion chamber.
As K2 is a very effective lubricating additive with extremely high cohesion (high pressure additives), Carbon X protects the engine from high friction during start-up, thus preventing wear. In addition, the seals are effectively protected.
Application:
Remove the spark plug or injector and insert the probe into the combustion chamber through the resulting hole. Inject K1. the product increases its volume and expands in the inlet and outlet ducts (if open).
As soon as the foam escapes from the access, open the spray and allow to react for about 15-20 minutes. To avoid overdosing with K1, we recommend cleaning the spray with foam for a maximum of 5 seconds in one combustion chamber.
After applying K1, the K2 probe is placed in the same access point, generously sprayed with K2 and allowed to react until the cleaner is dissolved (approximately 4-5 minutes). Spray several times if necessary. The resulting emulsion is extracted using a carbon X extractor (part 3) (No 34142).
Repeat the procedure for more contaminated engines. After completing the cleaning process and before installing the removed components (spark plug or injector), let the engine idle 2-3 times through the starter for about 10 seconds to remove debris.
We recommend covering the openings (spark plug or injector) with paper that absorbs residue and prevents contamination of the engine compartment.
Usage: 500ml is enough for 4-8 cylinders (depending on cylinder capacity)
